How to reach Maasholm
Coming from Hamburg, you can go by car as follows: on the A7 motorway in the direction of Flensburg.
After the bridge across the 'Kiel Canal', take the first exit (# 8). Then continue on the B 203 towards Eckernförde. In Eckernförde follow the signs towards Kappeln.
In Kappeln the B 203 crosses the 'Schlei-Fjord'. Follow the B 203 and bend at the end of town to the right onto the B 199 in the direction of Gelting. After about 5 km you turn right towards Maasholm. After a few km you reach Maasholm.
A big parking place is right at the entrance of the village.

Straight ahead and then left - following Schmiedestrasse and along the Hotel-Restaurant "Zum Schleieck" - you get to Schmiedestraße No. 10 on the left side of the road.
Arriving by train and bus/taxi
The journey by train is a bit complicated.
By train to Süderbrarup. Then continue by bus or taxi via Kappeln to Maasholm.
At weekends and during school holidays in Schleswig-Holstein, the bus-service Kappeln-Maasholm-Kappeln is severely limited.
If necessary, it might be possible that we pick you up at the train station in Süderbrarup.
From Flensburg there are a few buses to Maasholm (only mo-fr; journey time 1h11).
